Fintech-How to build a customer-centric Financial EcoSystem free of Scammers and Phishers

Note: This article will be useful, for all the CRM systems, central bodies, fintech blockchain that wants to implement a unified FinNotify system.

Nowadays, some or most of us were prone to scamming, phishing calls and messages, posting them as bank notifications, e-commerce notifications and then Sender ID spoofing, Caller ID spoofing, IP-Spoofing problems.

There is a great need for FinMsg Network, and to separate the financial notification network from the SMS network.

There should be a central body that needs to build a FinNotify centre. All the messages that are financial or tagged to a monetary entity need to follow a different path at the network layer and will be uniquely identified by a sender secure hash. This network is a lightning network similar to the SMS messaging system.

“The amount of social despair that is caused on customers by various frauds by scammers and phishers is non-measurable, the answer for this is a Financial network-based blockchain that can work with messaging.”

The participants should have a 360-degree view of the FinNotify centre of one’s profile. The secured block hashes can be decrypted into the messages only by the App of the receiver phone’s FinMsg notification centre. There can be various domains in the notification centre, like banks, govt. bodies, e-commerce companies that can contribute to this Fin Network.

Since Fin Network has a blockchain behind, the senders and receivers are all pre-registered. The scammers and the phishers will be the outliers. I am not sure if we are too far away from this kind of approach.
